Very cool!!!

17 miles of downwind madness, changing wind conditions and strategy all rolled up into a good time.

Maybe scoring for 3 classes this year???

Photographs of finishers coming in (will try for top 20) will be posted on this thread and a results page like last year: http://www.nwkite.com/forums/t-14611.html&highlight=blowout

And if you're doing KB4C, Rollo has generously donated his yellow boat and skills so we can attempt to photograph everyone who is on the water after the first two hours of the race start - same for SUP race.

Pictures will be posted at http://kb4c.wordpress.com with a link to download a hi-res version of yourself racing! Very Happy

I wonder what would happen if you showed up at a snowboard race wearing downhill skis?

To the best of my knowledge the rules only require that you are pulled by a kite. This is kiting's biggest downhill race with all toys open as options as long as it's a kite pulling you.

And, as far as Corey goes, he's been doing this exact race for around 20 years (10years before any other kiters) and when he started running this race he did it with two lines, a rigid framed kite and waterskis.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Corey deserves respect, and the day you beat him, riding whatever you want to ride, that'll be the day you can call him out on what he rides.
