cold water kiting

Hi all ,
I'm in Whitehorse Yukon Territory canada kiting , I mean working but this is where the action is in the summer ! Lake Bennet at Carcross Yukon . Yes the water is quite fresh and the wind is nukin too !
Awesome beach and shallow for a long way out and then it gets almost black due to the deeper water . It's a blast here even with the 5/4 , booties , mitts and beanie .
Apparently the winter has some very good passes to kite .
The area around here is very beautiful with a lot of snow still on the mountain tops .
No regulations as to where to rig and launch ,LOL ,as your most likely going to be the only one on the water . On shore wind
