So far so good. 13.5 hours of travel got me to Seoul Korea. 5 more gets me to Bangkok.
They have free wifi and free laptop use here in Seoul. Pretty sweet.

Glad to hear you're on your way & halfway there. Woo hoo!  Can't wait to start seeing pics.
If you get a chance, eat at the Thai Cooking School across the river from the Oriental hotel in Bangkok. Expensive, but worth it! Best meal I've ever had, hands down. Take a cab to the Oriental & walk thru the hotel to the river; there's a boat that will take you across the river. Have the Concierge call before you go; they're not always open.

Mike that sounds like fun! We are going to do a cooking class in railay beach. Tonight we jump a train for chaing Mai.
Did eat a scorpion from a street vender last night. Shame as he was a big one that would have given the baja scorp a run for his money!

Sounds tasty! Not really.... I ate more than enough insects in my "survival" phase. Never tried a scorpion though. How was it? You relly should post a pic of you eating one of those. Great shock value!

Crunchy.
I will post pics when I get home. I forgot my cable to the camera. Here is elephant pic instead. One more day I chaing Mai. Which is beautiful. A true jewel of the north. The. We are off to the south beaches. Forecast: hot and sunny.
Hmmmm will have to figure out the adding a pic later.

Still alive. Every morning till about 1pm is 9m flat water. No one rides it. I ask around and get no real response.
Water temp is low to mid 90's. Air temp is 95. Bummer is the brutally high humidity. Around 80%.
Damn this shoulder. That should be me on the water.
Headed north to Burma.

Railey beach. Southern beaches.
After Burma I am heading to Hua hin to meet up with the local kiting crew. Just going to mow the lawn.
