Which locale has the best wind during the first week of April?

I am a novice , so take that into consideration. I was in Cabarete in July and the wind was perfect, but the wind conditions are not as good in April. I frequently go to Bahamas for weekends, but I have a week in April and I would like to go somewhere different.

Not 100% sure but I think that Hatteras has really good wind for that time of year.....flat shallow water perfect for beginners

South FL usually has good steady breeze (12m to 14m)...and lots of options for riding styles, keys, miami, waves from ft. lauderdale to west palm. cheap, warm weather, and relatively uncrowded

SPI can't be beat in April. Best place I've seen for novice kiters as well.
