Park a “Bells Taco” truck in the parking lot of taco bell

i remember back in 2004 monty talking about how awesome snowkiting idaho was and wanting to get something going on out there and he was the original!!!! he has put in countless hours make idaho snowkiting what it is today and we all should be grateful!!!!
he and ryan were/are good friends, then ryan started his tours, kind of ironic.
now if you watch the 2009 kite soldiers video at www.snowkiteevent.com, you see a light bulb go off in Brad s head at the 0:56 sec mark. quote "this is the spot", then at the 2:44 mark he says how envious of the spot he is.
how would you like it if you invited someone to your home spot for a event and then the next year their claiming local and opening a business identical to yours?
history lesson over, Can't we all just get along? and shred!!!

Sounds like Ryan is being a jam rag and need to put up the money to buy the land or shut up.

The trade mark infringement case I love is when the Marks Bros. was sued by Warner Bros. for using a similar film title. Marx Bros. counter sued Warner Bros for the use of Brothers in there name since the Marx Bros. were producing movies prior to Warner Bros. Warner Bros. dropped there suit.
There needs to be more humor in law suits. _________________ Gorge Performance

The Camas Valley crew is awesome and anyone close to the situation would see why Ryan might be a little bent out of shape. You guys paved the way and I hope you can tolerate the onslaught of seasonal transplants that's coming. Gorge, early 80's....nothing but welcoming stoke and plenty of room. Still a fun place today, but not like it was.
Butter Smooth is the real deal and I know you guys will work it out. There was a lot of crap getting thrown around on this thread. Mostly by folks not even from the Northwest, but please, feel free to take it out on pkh while he's out there this weekend.

It seems to me that snowkiting is too small to be squabbling. Especially over such a gigantic snowkiting area. We need to all be working together to grow snowkiting by recruiting everyone we possibly can to experience this great sport.
That is the philosophy behind Drift Snowkite Magazine. We aren't in it to make money, because there isn't any money in the sport, yet. We want to grow snowkiting so someday people can make a living off the sport, but to do that we have to band together because it requires much more of an effort than one person, one brand, one area can possibly manage. Why fight over tiny slivers of a small pie when we can all work together to make a big pie we can really enjoy?
Besides. Multiple businesses providing nearly identical services in close proximity actually increase overall revenue for those businesses. That's why there is a diamond district in New York City, two different gas stations across the street from each other and McD's and BKing right next door. Two companies can pull more people to an area through their marketing efforts than one can. Between Monty and Ryan and now Brad, there is going to be a lot more people hearing about the Camas valley and snowkiting in general and that is great!
I hope you guys can see the potential in having the ability to cater to more clients, refer to each other if you are already booked for the day and blow up the scene in Camas! I wish you lots of luck and success in all of your business efforts and Drift Snowkite Magazine will help out any way we can, including coming up for the Snowkite Soldier to cover the area.

Yeah, what the hell is up with Haiti hogging all the depression and despair? There are plenty of other nations that need a little national media attention. Don't get my wrong though, I'm doing my part to help Haiti. I just donated a used car stereo to the Hatian relief fund.
Ok, I'm officially going to hell now. That, or I'm going to get struck by lightning.
