what happened...

usually what Kraemer described - cept the Marina never iced over (but if it was in the 20s for a week and the intake hoses froze and the seacocks where open) that could sink it...

how do you refloat it?

Heard Model Train Roger's gonna get all scuba and shit and go-down-on-her tomorrow. Not sure what time. Should be interesting. They must be planning to set blow-up-floats under the hull.
