Happy Thanksgiving everybody!!! Very Happy

Its fucking amazing how you can lose what you thought was everything in life, and still find shit to be grateful for.

I'm thankful for my wife Joanne, (who should have left me once I started kiteboarding ) my daughter Heather, my son David, days kiting like Wed at RR, rum, and a whole lot of other shit, including a lot of really great shits on this forum.

To all of you, always remember to think about what you have to be grateful for, not what sucks. Life will always be full of wonder and crap. It's your choice to dwell on the wonder or the crap. One of my best friends in the world zeroed in on the crap, and I miss him dearly. Thanksgiving is about remembering to remember the wonder.

Thank you everybody for sharing the stoke.

Happy turkey day for sure. I want to shout out to all my kiteboarding brothers and sisters. The pics, the videos and the stoke in general. It just wouldn't be the same without you guys.

I'm sitting here at my parents house getting ready to go to the base of Santa Fe Ski Basin for a hike. I'm at 6000 feet drinking coffee and I'm short of breath, but that ain't shit compared to the gasping I'll be doing in an hour. The summit is 10,000 plus but the view is worth it.

I'm going to stick a NWkite sticker on the top ribblet before I tele down. It's gonna make me feel like I'm 18 all over again.

It's funny how wind has affected my life over the past 25 years. From Lake Overhoulser, Oklahoma on a floating cooler to Hookipa, Hawaii, Hi. to The Gorge and all for the love of wind and water.

Make damn sure you hug you Mom!

Mostly wind,

Very Happy

Way to spread the turkey love! Had a double Thanksgiving with family and then friends yesterday and going to another friend's house to eat leftovers now. Hope I don't explode Smile

It's been awesome hanging and riding with you guys! So many people in other areas complain about not having a good crew to ride with, or not having the right conditions. We're damn lucky to have it so good here.
