Checking out http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/pqr/get.php?wfo=pqr&pil=AFD&sid=PQR

I noticed the following statement that I've never seen the NWS use:

IF THE GFS IS CORRECT LOOKS LIKE STRONG ONSHORE
FLOW WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY WILL PROVIDE GREAT WIND SURFING
CONDITIONS IN THE COLUMBIA GORGE.

Of course they should have included "RAD SMALL-KITE KITRBOARDING CONDITIONS" as well!

We need that kind of forecast here on the coast and in a bad way. At least Monday's forecast looks good - N winds 20-25, first N winds in over two weeks I think.
