i dont know they sure seem to be messing with the dams alot. yesterday at rufus the water went up 2 ft and down 2 ft in like 2 hours.

Isn't there something about extra water flow through the dams this time of year to help the salmon migrate out to sea? It seems like I read something about that a few years ago, but I could be wrong.

I think there is alot of snow pack left. With the rain we have had there is too much water! They are spilling as fast as they can so they dont endanger the system.

What bout launching in the marina beach or the event when the spit is such a biaaacctch? Is that "poaching"?

Word is that the dams will flowing water heavily till the end of June.

There were a slew of people launching from the marina beach yesterday. It would get a little anarchy at times when there were multiple people coming in and out at the same time but there were no problems and nobody really bothered us.

As far as I know launching at the Marina beach is against port regulations and could jeopardize access at the sandbar....

Now that is one great shot hbrico, I can only imagine it. Awesome!

If just could ride a snowboard better than I can ride a kiteboard I’d be in business but I suck at both! I hope to take better photos at least.

I'll post them when I get them...
