Just riding along on my '08 SST, I turned on the face of the wave, but got caught a little behind it, bumping along in the whitewater at the back of the wave, and it buckled underneath me.
I took photos, sent them off to Kyle, asking if it could be warrantied. To my surprise, he shipped me out a brand new '09 the same day! Awesome customer service. Thanks Kyle!!

There's a bumper sticker that puts in perspective.
"No one rides for free... ass grass or cash..." HAHAHA or just a 6 pack will do just fine...

I have experienced the same type of customer service, huge reason why I ride SS (and I still deal with that god damned release on my rev)

Blah...blah....blah...this Slingshot love fest is sickening....and even the Naish guy is helping row the boat.
I ride SS and agree their Cust Service is so good it's ridiculous but are the other "guys" that bad with customer service or is SS just that far ahead??? A lot of good "no questions asked" warranties seem to be available from multiple companies. (????)
Oops...slipping into brand-vs-brand drama. Sorry...let me get back on track..."Slingy...you can have my first born".

BUP BUP you know slingy is gonna take care of you.
Not sure I can say the same for other kite companies. Anyone having trouble getting their eclipses warrantied???
