No gusts, no holes and 6 knots of butter flat current.
Me on my 9 and everyone else on 15's and bigger.
Damn, it feels good to be on a kite that costs half
as much and flies twice as fast.

Sorry to gloat but my last 3 days have been frustrating.
Stevenson was OK the other day but the here today-
gone tomorrow sand bar was nuts yesterday.
Launching in that tumbling wind behind the bushes on
the cobble stones is not my idea of a safe launch. One
little puff and you've got 2 broken heels.

At Rufus I was able to self launch in the parking lot
up wind of the pile and casually walk down the bank
to grab my board. Another benefit of a the having a
9 up. Please don't try that with your 13.

And someone rode the Flywood with a 17.5 machine.
Go figure. What a waste of 10 meters of kite. I could
have been on it with my 7. No doubt about it.
That current does makes freaky things possible.

Sorry I did not look like I wanted to chat.
I'm not that approachable on the beach.
Especially before my session. If the session
sucked then I'm not going to be very happy.
If it was a good one then I'm all smiles and
will probably talk to you. I don't like selling
on the beach since I figure you're there to
have fun too. Not listen to some sales pitch.

The best way to check out what I'm doing
is to come by my place outside of HR. I'm
usually home unless I'm chasing the wind.
I can let you check out a demo board if you
are interested. Call me or just take a chance
and drop by. 541 490 5098

Here's my address and a map: 1301 Martin Rd.
I'm actually at the end of the road on the
right. The star on the map is a little off.
Got a nice view of the mountain and I
make a good cup of coffee. Plenty of cola
and beer too if you like that.
