I have an old directional kiteboard that uses mini-tuttle fins and I was hoping to experiment with some different designs. anybody know where a good source is to get MT-BOX fins (mini tuttle) fins? The are in our glass display case facing the car couch, so you will have to ask one of our staff to pull them out for you to look at. Prices range from $5 to $15 ea. Those fins are a pain in the ass to find. FCS makes adapter kits. Still not much available in the two plug fcs thats bigger than 5". The FCS fins in large twin fin style tend to bust when used in a kiteboard application . I need a buddy who is good at fiberglass work that I can have chop it and add some more readily available fin boxes in exchange for beer or something what is the school of thought behind chopping the tail anyway? I plan on just screwing around with this board so not riding it competitively.
