I'm running a 9.5m Kahoona on mine.
I've got the standard 4 line SLE bar with the yellow leash line setup as a mini 5th though. not the 5 liner shift system.

the first I did were out of copper which is ok
but the stainless is much more duro
you will need a good quality pipe cutter to cut maleable stainless
not a cheap pos
I allowed 1/4 inch on each side for flares
start flares by rolling a smaller screwdriver to bend metal in correct direction
finish with the punch or in my case a torx tool and the ballpeen hammer on the other end once the flare is started
I hit the hammer with another hammer
and gently tap the flares to flatten edges

I have the Naish SLE bar, but I added a 5th line on it. At first, I would take the 5th line off when I flew my SLE kites (7m/9m 2008 Nemesis), but now I just hook up the 5th line onto one of the front pig-tails, it's a little longer than the front lines so I can do this and saves me time taking it off / putting it back on. I found the leash system doesn't work well on the two front lines due to the thickness of the sleeves, but on the 5th-line there is no problem sliding thru the middle hole, so I leash to that one. I have a bunch of Naish 5-line kites, was flying a 2006 10m Raven a lot until that ripped. I have some 2005 Boxer/Torch / Ravens 9,10,12,14, I fly the 12 and 14 with the 21" and everything else with the 19" bar setting. This is my first summer that I've been able to fly all my kites with just one bar, and I have SLE, 4-line, and 5-line kites. I used to need 20 and 22" bars and 22m, 25m and 27m lines, but now I like 24m lines and just switch between 19 and 21", it's great to just have one bar !!
I recently tried a backup older Naish bar and really noticed a difference in feel. The older bars have a tubular hole all the way thru the bar (like blowhard's pic) which push up against the line when you steer. Imagine the line being a steel rod, you wouldn't be able to push/pull the bar at all. The new bars only have a circular hole at the top, then it opens up underneath to the left/right, allowing the rope to remain straight and not generate any resistance to your steering input. The new bar feels so much better.
This bar rocks, only complaint is that the front flying lines need to be tapered/sleeved differently to allow the lines to easily pull thru the holes (and back again, my sleeved section started to open up, wouldn't go back thru the hole without a lot of work). I've seen on the slingshot bars, they handle this issue better.

I finally got around to making the spare trimline with 3/16" Amsteel for my Naish bar. I needed 8' of line. For the fid, I ended up using a pen top, worked great !
Here's a pic of the finished product. Thanks Nak for all the pointers.
