What happened to the Airush logo on the back of the 'Airush Big Box'?? Photoshopped that shit out??

You guys work really hard- or actually Forrest/Joby, etc to raise the $$ to build the park by promising sponsors advertising and logo placements on said features, so that they will get seen in media, etc when shots are run. And then when the core local crew rides it and posts a shot they cut off the hand that fed them by photoshopping the logo out??

This is something I've struggled with for years... especially back in the REAL days when the only sliders always said REAL, or any time we have ridden snow in the past few years and it's always been the BEST rails. Bottom line, respect those that paid to help build.

If you want a shot on a branded feature, but without that brand find a way to shoot it creatively to not show it, but a blatant photoshop out of a logo of the biggest donating sponsor in the history of Hood River sliders is just bad form and will only make it harder and more difficult to ever get this kind of support in the future from anyone.

I have no affiliation with the slider project, and neither does inept. Airush does not support inept directly with anything. So I didnt want to have their logo the biggest thing in an advertisement for our website. Their logo will be in all the shots that are used on the website however.

I assume you guys were pretty vocal proponents of the slider project. It was an awesome accomplishment to pull off and it couldn't have been done without some nice sponsorship dollars.

It's a pretty simple solution really, just take the original shot and post it with the regular logo, then no harm no foul. Otherwise, whether you want to or not it just makes it harder for people to get sponsorship for this type of thing in the future and sets a crappy precedent.

you'll want a bigger pump than that... unless a trickle is ok...

i put a 750 GPH on our ramp in the willamette, connected to a car battery.
A couple of cheap solar panels (ebay) tied to the battery with diodes give it a trickle charge when it's sunny...

works like a charm.

I tried to rig a garage door opener switch to it to turn it on and off, but so far no success... Sad
