Sweet Eli. I've been dusting off lots of un-used toys lately b/c of lack of wind out here too. Kayaks rule (when there's no wind Smile ).

Looks good!

Watch out for the shallow water backflip onto your head ... all too easy to do when you're throwing down into a foam pile that's getting shallow faster than you think. (Sadly, a friend of a friend, and solid boater, ended his paddling career and almost his life that way - your neck doesn't appreciate the weight of a boat + you coming down on your head).

I still think the SUP might be the better call when the summer is becalmed. Too many toys - too little time!

Lol, I have one of those too. Watauga laminates extra jet, blue metal flake deck and day-glo tropical print hull. Cut for 165#s. I haven't boated it in years.

definitely cool vid......

but were any of you guys thinking "shark week" with some of the murky water shots in there. maybe its just me and need to get some more SPACE from shark week.

I like living in denial about how murky oregon waters are... and how most attacks around the world usually implicate some murky-ness and mistaken identity.

Nice vid, Eli!

I got cool and refreshed just watching it.

I should dust off my old New Wave ProJet with Jackson Pollack splatter and green metal flake glitter and take that baby for a spin.

Never did think much about the landlord when wave riding with that Smile

Thumb's Up

I'm more than aware of what lies beneath! It's an assumed risk of being a coastal dweller.

I have faith that sharks are much more aware.
