your posts are usually cryptic and confusing. the problem is not a lack of understanding by readers, you could work on that.
alternatively go post unintelligibly on kitescoop if you really want some abuse
a little help....
What text specifically do you see as cryptic.
quote it and let's have look to see what the problem is...
I'm here to be understood...help me
Thanks man

the latest example is what I think is your explanation of your friend's loft/yard but I still don't follow what happened, how it turned into rock climbing (referencing another thread), and the general connection of those threads... bouncing from one to the other, etc. - just my opinion.
if the thread was about your friend's accident, lead off telling us about the occurrence.

I'm not being a smart ass when saying that complete sentences and paragraphs would help. Not going to search and quote but I can say that many of your posts are unintelligible. I always thought that you had voices in your head that your were talking to so that by the time you got to posting you were already mid conversation and thus.. people have no idea where you coming from.
Hence, my opinion that you are making a suit out of human flesh to complete your transformation from a man to a woman.
Which is just lighthearted fun BTW, no reason to imply that I am a self absorbed rock jock has been who doesn't know what the hell he is talking about. Go look at your own old posts..I thought your main trip was that kiteboarding is always risky so no sense talking about it, now I think your deal was that you want to talk about it..? Tried to figure it out, I truly did but in the end, the only thing that kept popping in my head was buffalo bill.
I can understand that you want to keep your posts cryptic so that when people actually connect the dots they have this overwhelming sense of "yeah, I get it" but the trail of bread crumbs is pretty damn thin. Your last post, I had absolutely no fucking idea what the hell you were talking about. I still don't. Seriously, what the hell does this mean.....
You tittle your post "bitches, hoes and d-wads" then the opening sentences are...
'That celebrity seeking half wit well digger little ricky has finally figured out a wind driven canopy just cannot be steered or even de-powered for that matter...
Next step is for him to realize the only difference between an up-daft and a horizontal thrust of wind is its orientation to outer space... "
I even googled "ricky kiteboard accident"

I'm not tryin to be a smart ass either, but why don't you come out and tell us what happened to your friend? We are all sorry for your loss, but you need to take off the costume and spell it out for us. As a professional marketer like yourself; everything I write, shoot, or say has a lowest common denominator of a 8th grader. That's a fact. If it doesn't appeal to an 8th grader, than it's not for the masses. This forum as most--is a
SHORT form of communication. Much like a 30 second ad. Shakespearean tongue is not bad; it's just a little too hi-brow for me and even for folks more cerebral than I.
You might have heard of it as the KISS principle. Anyway, hope to find out more about said incident because I don't think any of us heard about it...

Very well,
Let's get up you to speed.
My point of view is that kiting is sneaky risky, that it is safe enough right up until it isn't, then it's just brutal; (semi-colon denotes a list of similar points shall follow)
that no one who kites sees the risk diminish as they get better: ( colon denotes a clarification to follow)
you take more risk as you become more confident; that the potential for harm increases with time;
that do it long enough and you're going to get spanked, sooner or later you're going to take a slamming; that your everyday guy or gal may not realize any of this; that they are innocents--in the truest sense of the word--
em dash "--" heralds a swift culmination to follow
-- for these reasons my opinion is this sport should not be hyped.
To be perfectly clear, I dig kiting but remain anti hype, anti promo, anti solicitation of the innocent on the grounds that it is just mad fun...
so, glad handing and saying "all the deaths so far are rider error" goes against everything I/we (hopefully) know about kiting...(who said that? guess)
(parenthetical)= a comment on the text outside the textual content.
--------------
Ok,
on the text you copied.
A wind driven canopy by my meaning is distinguish from the norm by lack of a laminar flow.
Laminar flow is what airplanes need to maintain control---flow of air over the wing.
We need a flow of air through the kite in oder to have any control over it.
(dude I think you'll find this information IS included in my original text)
the condition of air pushing on the under side of a canopy rather than flowing through it is indeed the same no matter a kite's orientation.
This concept was also delineated in my original text.
Do you get it now?
If not, perhaps the fault is not entirely mine?
It's 2009 the 21 century, you should know how a kite works if you want to criticize the info...and if you do not get it, why not ask? instead of posting pictures of your favorite fictional characters?
Why do you do that?
and the sentence that contained the words "they tend to post feat first'
Was a rather clever (if I do say) homophone, a play on words e.g. the fun stuff
True that eh? Yeah true enough...shall I quote you? posting feat first?
Regards
fo

sticks and stones...dude
You need to get in line if you want to try call me names...
The way to make an impression on me is to improve my understanding or present a cogent and effective rebuttal.
That would impress me,
Name calling, not so much that just means you lack the ammo..
rock-on with your Phil style kook fest...
I like a little of the immature stuff too.

That's the most logical straightforward post ever! Congrats! Let's hear more about Shaven Jason and the incident leading to his death. This forum is about both the stoke of kiting and the heartache we endure when a friend dies due to kiting; let's learn about the mistakes that were made at the beach that day so as to try and avoid them ourselves....

Kraem.....this is just what Fo is not about and he won't discuss. I know it makes sense and we want to learn but a kite, big wind, brick wall = bad day.
When a kiter goes down Fo hates safety talk and any blame on user error because no kite has 100% depower or perfect safety and any marketing BS that tells a new kiter they are safe. Shit happens and Fo is very consistent with his "you see it coming or you take the hit" message and in our sport he is correct. The better you become the more risk you take and the more time on the water will eventually lead you to changing wind conditions and bad rigging judgements.
Fo is cryptic....he is who he is....so we will have to find Shaven Jason info elsewhere but I do appreciate crazy Mo' Fo's consistency to call it like he see's it.

Thanks Sella,
If you would carve that on my tombstone I'd be happy enough to die tomorrow...

I'm pretty proud of that too..
