Kelly point and St Helens tide tables are both way off for the SI kite beach. Knapp Landing is only about a mile or so away on the WA side, and it's accurate for SI. Here's the URL:

Sauvies was gusty in the afternoon, but smoothed out about when the tides turned, great evening/dusk ride. Maybe again today?
