bad economies bring out bad behavior. We are having trouble in our neighborhood as well. Houses and cars getting ransacked.

I am thinking of setting up some of those hunter/ gametraker cameras that Cabelas sells for around a hundred bucks.

They would be the ticket for the hood river bandits as well.. turn them into the local news and get some vigilante justice ...
