Its not the favorite kite in my quiver but I'll never sell mine. Never. |
I would avoid the T2 if you can, unless you like tendonitis. Wayyy to much bar pressure, there are much better used low wind kites available with less bar pressure and better flying charachteristics |

Sent PM, getting close to brand v brand which isnt allowed on this forum.
13m is a good size for the gorge as well for lighter days, at 180lbs I ended up on my 13 just as often as my 10 last year |

Not going to get in a brand Vs brand here, but the 14m T2 is a GREAT lightwind kite. Bar pressure in lightwind conditions while using a lightwind board isn't bad at all. I am selling one, but I'm also keeping one that I keep in Kailua. Like MonkeyBoy, I'll most likely never sell my second one. Too many times I was the only one out & going upwind. A 13M waroo would do you good at Sauvies. has a lot of low end power.
however, there is a 16M vegas for like $125 in the classifieds. That is one hell of a sweet sauvie kite. I have been pimping that kite for 3 years now. It can get you up and riding in the most marginal of conditions.
Relaunching isn't all that bad either in light winds. _________________ Still rockin gojos, *ssless chaps, and ankle weights! |

| I've found the 14 t2 to have much more power that the 08 13 waroo. I'd like to know what strongfellow wa riding yesterday at sauvie. He was nicely powered up. Of course the real solution is a skim board. I have a decent one for sale for $80 |

yeah I was killin it on the 14m helix and a glide...
light wind no stranger to us jetty island kiters!
a glide can pretty much garantee you a nonskunkage when it gets light.
