Rico!!! You the man!!

Thanks for shooting today!! Great time out there! Way to bring in summer!

A bit of a traffic jam at times in the pool, but one of the better flatwater days the gorge can deliver!! SO NICE to be comfortable in a shorty in May!!

New LF Influence 138 so smooth and nice to ride! Couple of them out there today, myself, GeneK, Forrest and Tonia on the red 134!!

Thanks for the shots!! Can we have some more??

Wow, that came out looking better than I thought it looked. That was supposed to be a front board slide, but looks more like a front tail slide. What a crazy fun day before it all turns off.

What's Adam doing in that pic?

Great shots
I came to Hood River in 2006 in May . It was a good experience .
I met some nice people and dealt with local business's . I don't know if you like me to elaborate but Jim and Cory Bison @ new wind and all the eatery's etc. Great ! Took a lesson from a guy with a little place right at the site as well , sorry cant remember his name but he was very thorough and patient .
I got to ( I had no idea at first who these guys were at first as I was just getting into the sport ) Shannon Best who was there with his team promoting Best products . Very friendly group . I guess the big Best bus should have been a dead give away , oh what the heck .
Like I said great overall and an awesome location .
Holy it sure is busy now though and I prefer a little less busy as it's tough to follow the right of way rules when it's that crowded as per other local kiters post .
Anyway it's a good thing the ice cream photo is in here as that would make me want to come back , delicious .
Take care all .

Haha! Believe it or not, I still can't do a backroll kiteloop transition thingy. I nearly killed Geno on this one.

ok... so, not to be too demanding or anything... but any chance we can see some more of the action from this day?

I mean, cmon... you were out there shooting for a while.. and all you post up is me with my kite wayy too high- past noon? and not really getting the grab?!

either A- we were all really sucking and this was the best of the best.. or B- you got some good shit you're holding out for print.

Usually try not to have I, I, I type posts or conversations.. but I landed more blinds that day than all my previous days before that combined!! Was hoping to see some evidence.

Thanks Rico for always charging out with the camera and posting your pics here for us to check out. Really appreciated!! Amazing how one frame can make you look so much less legit than it felt...
