Overall, we had a sweet little sesh today even though it was nukin' to the point that a 5m would have been nice!!! Got to South Jetty around 11:00, JP went out on his 9m pretty overpowered for a bit, then we decided to head up north and check out Siletz. The tide was the lowest I've ever seen and it looks totally different out there now (old logs/stumps replaced by new massive TREES, etc.). Whatever...

Yeah, was crazy out there, almost ripped my arms out their sockets on the b3..at least JP got some big air and adam, despite his extended waiting time for his new board to come in, was able to get out for some time. Was a nice day regardless, good first impression for me of what the 30-40 range can feel like, i'm thinking I like the 20 range btw  looks like the gorge was rockin as well~

Thanks Tom! But yea, originally we weren't going to try again for today, but JP didn't end up having to film (for some other people here at school), and I'll just put my studying off 'til later, so I think we might just head back out. Hopefully the swell at South Jetty isn't so crazy today...

| I went to sunset... only one there other than some buggy guys with really small kites waiting on the wind. when I got there, I could barely keep my 12 in the air, but the wind got better. I got to do some landboarding, even practiced some jumps. the wind was cranking when I left.

Well, once again the coast was absolutely retarded! Got to South Beach (we've actually haven't ever launched from there before today) around 11:30 and from the parking lot it didn't seem like much. But, as usual it was already blowin' almost double what iKitesurf had forecasted (peaked at 35kts+) on the beach. JP initially went out on his 9m overpowered, but came back in for a bit and took my 7m out 'cause there was no way in hell I was holding it down. Everyone seemed to think it was a little much, including the windsurfers that were out for 20 mins tops.
Anywho, since I wasn't riding I took a few pics...
