Just to make sure that everyone knows what is going on....
Saturday Morning- Starting at 10:00 AM
The official CGKA HR Sandbar clean up day for 2009 is Saturday May 23rd at 10:00 AM. The Army Corps of Engineers have once again been generous and have agreed to lower the river. We need 4X4's for dragging and hauling logs, chains and cables, chainsaws etc. Please invite yourself and your friends with 4X4's. The biggest monster truck wins a prize - TBD. Come down and help out, and if it gets windy you might even get to pump up your kite next to your rig out on the sandbar later in the afternoon.
Saturday Afternoon- Starting when we finish clean up! Around 2:00
BBQ at the SPIT!!! Join us for FREE... BBQ and Beer at the SPIT. Sponsored by CGKA and NAISH. I am sure there will be a bunch of demo KITES, BOARDS and SUP to demo....
Saturday Evening- Starting at 7pm Go kick it with Windance and Ocean Rodeo for a killer party at the Windance Shop. Please come join the OR Crew for Beer, Sushi, BBQ, and Entertainment.
Saturday Night- Starting at 9pm TREW PARTY!!!! Come party with the TREW Crew at the British Pub in Hood River. In TREW style they are providing the First KEG of RAINIER so show up early.
You have to love HOOD RIVER when you need an party schedule to figure out where to go next for FREE Food and Beer. THANKS to ALL of the SPONSORS involved for throwing one hell of a SUMMER Kick off party.
MAKE SURE you show up for the Clean up!!!!!!!!!

Siiiick!!! Looks like I'll have to endure another raging hangover on Sunday thanks to the CGKA, Windance, OR, TREW and Naish. One more reason to keep it local!
