Hey there,

I was able to secure a sweettttttttttt house in Salvo, which is close to the Real Center in Waves... It is also close to a day area for kiting apparently.

The house has 7 bedrooms 9.5 bathrooms, a MEDIA room, hot tub, private pool, game room, decks, ocean view and the list goes on... It's super cheap, and there are 3-4 rooms left if anyone is interested. Send me an e-mail at: brdrchick@gmail.com...

I have the house from May 23 to June 6... Then move into the Real Center from Jun 6-9 into a three bedroom condo where you can launch and land at the Real Center. The places look sick!

Hey now, I'm working, just so happens I have the ability to travel and work at the same time! But it's A LOT of hardwork:-) Hopefully, a little fun will come along as well.

A windsurfer friend of mine just spent a week in Hatteras and LOVED it. Sailed every day, said it was just awesome. If I weren't just starting this now, and had been kiting for a few years, I might well be tempted to take you up on your offer. Talk to me in two or three years... And have fun. Be careful, though, I hear a kiter was killed by a wind spike down there not long ago.

OK... I can get the time off but it's been so far off the radar I don't know the best airport to check prices. I know, not the most patient with the search Sad

Anyone give me the best guess for the trip. I was just told I have to use my VAC this year or loose it! Oh for a big credit card!

Yeah, saw the picture on Facebook, absolutely amazing! I thought Dimitri was in Europe!!! Hopefully, I'll get some kiting in with him while in N.C... I had his 10 out when I was in SPI! He has no depower or power abilities on his bar... Insane.

So, the best airport I was told is Norfolk. Then it's about 2-2.5 hour drive to Hatteras. The tickets are about 260-300+ (then taxes and fees)... Cost depends on your layover, when you want to fly, etc.... I think that the airport code is OBR. Hope this helps you out...

If you are traveling at the same time and want a place to stay, let me know and I'll put your name down.

oh and make sure you look at the rates with hotel and/or car, sometimes they are cheaper than flight only.. I flew to Chi for a bachelor party last year for $200 with a car rental..
