Kiting season is upon us! Its time for the CGKA Stevenson cleanup. Saturday April 25 at Noon. The Dam will be lowering the water level for us.

Last years cleanup was a HUGE success. This years will be even better!

Bring your buckets, shovels, gloves and your thirst....

Thats right, Once again NAISH will be providing a keg of Walkingman beer!!

Sweet sounds like a plan. Hopefully I won't be gone so I can help out with the clean up since its my home break. I've been keeping it clean over the winter so it shouldn't be to much of a mess other then the some big logs.

Thank you Naish for the Beer and Slingshot will throw in some swag for the effort too.

Sounds great!! the cleanup was really fun last year. One improvement that would benefit the kite community and the environment would be to vegetate the rip-rap. Check out this system:

not a new concept but it is nice that they have got all the components into a "system". Just thought I would throw it out there. It would likely cost a few thousand dollars to do so the Port would have to be behind the idea.

Count this geeze and his loyal kite assistant in.

I spent two winters in Sargento learning to fly so (with your help) I hope to ride Stevie this season!
