Thanks for the compliment Tiny E! That's a total of about 40 hours work and several bottles of "Clown" Royal. Drunk
For the record, I am not selling these, just offering to hook up the local associations at cost to use for event tents.
Our local kiters set up a non-profit org.,Action Sports Foundation, and have applied for 501(c)3 recognition as a public charity. (It could be described as the "United Way of Action Sports") A lot of what we do is to help improve the image of kiters through community service, beach cleanups, veteran appreciation events, etc. This has given a GREAT impression on our local officials, and will hopefully help us in the events of bans or restrictions.
Since it's not feasible to teach kiting to the groups we are working with,(not much wind/too many logistics/steep learning curve), we are doing these programs in other sports. One of our goals is build a strong network of local kiting associations who want to set up programs in their area in any sport they want.

Check out the ASF website to see some of the cool stuff we are doing with disabled veterans, foster care kids, etc. and let us know what you think! Feel free to contribute any positive articles, pics, or stories about good deeds in your area.(i.e.=Bulae's work with the kids, etc.)
Thanks, (and please pardon the shameless .ORG pimpin'!) Wink

There's been quite a bit of interest in the tent, so here's a pic after Step 1.
I think doing it this way, then adding some screen printed graphics would look the best.

BTW, this 8m Fuel was passed around to many of our locals over the years, so it is a proper retirement for this baby!
I considered flying it on a 4 line bar and snapping a pic, in order to stir up the gear heads about the new Quad L.E. 4uel from Slingshot. (it goes straight upwind and loops like a dream!) Thumb's Up

Here's what they look like blank:
