Learn to ride whatever your instructor gives you to ride. Then grab a wad of cash, go down to 2nd wind and ask to talk to Pepi. Tell him your story, listen to what he says and buy what he tells you.
Honestly, it can't get a whole lot easier than that.
Your taste in boards will constantly evolve as your riding does. My 2 cents.. the board is THE most important piece of equipment. It connects you to the water. Without a board, your just flying a kite. |
