Hello all you NWkite peeps. Just wanted to personally thank Jobe, Jake, Nate and their crew for spending so much time building, transporting, and setting up the sliders. That is the first time any sliders or rails have ever been set up in the Camas. We all spend so much time exploring and riding the natural features that we have never taken the time to set up a terrain park. Monty and I have been snowkiting together since day one, and since day two have been trying to tell people what we have out here. The Camas prairie is truely one of the greatest snowkiting spots in the whole world.
I have known some of you for years, and met a lot more over the weekend. What a bunch of characters! Thanks for coming out and playing in our spot. As long as we respect the land, fences, and facilties we can all ride here for years to come.
I took a bunch of HD video and sequence shots on the cornices, I will post a link as soon as i get that footage editted down.
Thanks Again,
Ryan Waite at www.idahokitesports.com |

Hmmm.
Was going to drive to skyline tonight from Hood River.... but fresh snow and solid forecast in Idaho might be worth a stopover day and showing up to SKM for saturday...
Ryan, what is best way to get a hold of you for a session/conditions check for friday morning? I'm solo, so would be looking for people to ride with if I decide to cruise up there. _________________ Liquid Force Kiteboarding in the Pacific Northwest.

These are all my favorite links. For sorting out the forecast just call me, i usually have a pretty good idea what it's going to do.
as far as heading to the snow kite masters i am thinking about rolling out late friday night after a session on the Camas. |
