Sol Flyer I'm out of HR tomorrow possibley too Bend Oregon (Ball Butte.) Can I access snowkiting without hiking for a mile?

Just a quick update:
We have a great forecast with new snow and good winds. Looks like the entire week will be good. There's already a crew out here from hood River and so far the winds have eluded us  .
A quick reminder that snow park permits are required for the parking at the event.

Today: Scattered snow showers after 10am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 35. West southwest wind between 7 and 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Tonight: Snow showers. Low around 19. West northwest wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.
Friday: A 50 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 32. West northwest wind around 10 mph. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 18. Northwest wind between 6 and 8 mph.
Saturday: A slight chance of rain and snow showers after 10am. Snow level 4900 feet rising to 5400 feet. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 36. Calm wind becoming north northwest around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

There was wind on both days, 11m for most on Sat, 9m for most on Sun.
Sweet spot!

| Thanks for a great weekend Matt, Jason, & Kelly! Sorry we didn't make it back for Sunday's sesh. I could barely get outta bed as my abs were beyond sore! Anyway, you guys threw a great event and we will definitely be there next year. BTW, it's blowing at the coast all week!!!
