Haha, that's crazy! That thing seemed stupid from the get go. At least now boats won't be going out there in weather they can't handle.

Do they replace the bolts every year. Isn't that thing usually stacked in the parking lot by now???

The old master plan for the water front that included the man made island @ the boat ramp/marina???? Is that still in the works???

This was the first year of the breakwater. It was designed (poorly) to be a breakwater on the easterlies to allow small boats to use the ramp.
