The lake is actually quite clean as it is spring fed and is water quality tested twice a week. They even have pumps that circulate deep water into the swimming beach on the north side of the lake.
Looks pimp, but running our winch there...hmmmm I'm thinking that might last about 30 minutes. Maybe not though.

I was lookin to get my kite on there as a lark - I bet no body would care as long as you don't squish any swans _________________ Go Deep!

That's what I'm talking about. Hopefully one of us will have the balls to try something like that. _________________ The Slider Project, LLC

Looks like a typical Texas highway construction debris dumping to beautify the landscape. |

I love the catch phrase on that website "only girls use strap ons".
You guys need a little deeper water to be trying that stuff in HR. Crashing in 6" of river rock lined channel...ouchie!!! _________________ Bury me standing cause I won't lay down!!

Yea, but so far, so good. The location is PERFECT minus the shallow water, but it's been fluctuating recently and we got a good day with thigh deep water.

yeah, its not a huge cost, there are three of us.. its just the number of little bitty parts that nickel and dime you. Or should I say $5 and $10 dollar you. Glad I don't race go karts. Looks hella fun but man, that shit gets expensive quick. You know people mod out our 6.5 hp motor and get 22hp out of it!!! dude, that's madness..It only cost $1,300 in machine work and parts. LOL
I don't know Gene, a pink winch would be pretty fly.... We could call it The Pinch.
Did I mention that the frame is going to be made out of upside down, rainbow colored triangles? _________________ Bury me standing cause I won't lay down!!
