...Just 6 1/2 hours after leaving KB4C on Saturday (and a short ride in the perv van), Lucy began having contractions.

At 10:45 a.m., she gave birth at home to a baby boy.
We are surprised and delighted...a word that I didn't know I'd ever write with a straight face.

At birth, (after a rather large poop), Henry James Mason weighed in at 6 ibs, 15 ounces.

That is awesome news- must have been all of the cool vibes floating in the air that day. We will have to create the junior-infant category for next year Very Happy

...with a single line kite setup already in place, hooked right up to his tummy, (so I'd save money on a harness). Then the doctor cut the dang line in half, and said, "No that's not a kite on the other end, you idiot; it's called a placenta." Yah...whatever; you and your fancy medical terms.

Anyways, mom and baby doing just fine. Another future kiter added to the ranks.

lks

hey man this is Donny BAker. Jim and Lucy you guys are crazy man. Childbirth's a bueatiful blessing and stuff but its just not for Donny. I used to date this chick, Judy Wagner from the Dalles. And anyway, she told me she was pregnant with my kid and stuff. So the big day comes for the delivery of my son Chevelle. We called him Chevelle cause that's where we figure we made him. Anyway Chevelle's all comin' out of what looks like a catchers mitt with an afro. He's all purple and covered with slime and stuff and I'm about to puke even though its a bueatiful moment and stuff. Then they wash him off and he looks like a chinaman. That's when I turn and ran. Swear to god I did. It's a state law that if youre kid comes out lookin like a chinaman, and you're a white dude, he aint yours.
As it all turns out, before the pregnancy and stuff, me and Judy went to the Great White concert at the Asotin Indian casino. While I was in the casino stadium bangin my head, Judy was out in the parking lot bangin some indian named Jon Yellowhorn. Later on they got married and changed Chevelles name to Pinto. Swear to god they did.

I gotta go.
