Hey its not been windy here and i was wondering if you guys and girls had any suggestions on how to get better with no wind.

Rock climbing will give you a good whole body work out and improve your upper body strength. Push-ups will give you largers shoulders so your harness doesn't rise. Dips and Pull ups will help with unhooking.

Anything to exercise the hip flexors, shoulders, obliques, and abs are always good. I also recommend swimming in the off season to keep cardio up.

Heres a cool practice device--looks better than a tramp. Has a 190lb counter weight or similar. Looks spot on for hang time...

I have known dudes that will hang a bar/lines from their roof and then practice handle passes.

I'm watching the old Slingy DVD now! Jeff Tobias was throwing those loops everyone is nowadays. Getting pretty high on a few of them too.

Don't know where the training places are in Oregon, but I have noticed some distinct similarities that would result in transferable skills from doing kiteboarding tricks and circus style aerials/trapeze tricks.
