Rock climbing will give you a good whole body work out and improve your upper body strength. Push-ups will give you largers shoulders so your harness doesn't rise. Dips and Pull ups will help with unhooking. |

Anything to exercise the hip flexors, shoulders, obliques, and abs are always good. I also recommend swimming in the off season to keep cardio up. _________________ It's always happy hour somewhere in the world. |

Don't know where the training places are in Oregon, but I have noticed some distinct similarities that would result in transferable skills from doing kiteboarding tricks and circus style aerials/trapeze tricks.
