Now that I have way to get out on The Plains of Abraham I'm planning the next task, how to pack all that gear? I’m thinking I need a sled trailer. If it’s worth doing it’s never easy. _________________ My kite not pink it's magenta damit! |

why not buy a brand new sled trailer? wouldnt it be great to have a nice big sled trailer with tons of space and even a kitchen-ette for the real snowy days.
then agian, i've always just hiked into backcountry with my gear. Now i cross-country ski with a kiddie slide. I'll see you there. _________________ I stretch my wings and pull the strings |

A sled trailer is what we use.
a few kites and a board 2 pumps some emergency gear.
plus the tagalongs stuff
better get a pull sled to.
I made one out of a black concrete mixing tub. with a roof top carry bag in it to try to keep the snow off the gear until your destination.
you can buy nice pulll sleds for 3-400. plus you need a hitch for you machine.
remember the plains acces parking lot is like 3000' so bring some rain gear.
spring conditions are hard onthe sled.
take it easy and don't freeze her up.
good luck. |
