Ok we all know speeding is fun. (Especially if buzzed.) And after you've been kiteboarding all day and feel like the incredible flying machine--I mean, you can really rip on that road. It is fun, but I advocate mellowing it out. I've seen some crazy drivin' these last few days and this isn't daytona. Coming back from kiting should be a mellow drive with the full moon--and YOU glowing. Kiteboarders are awesome drivers--thats a given. Except- there are residents there walking their dogs, and kids on bikes when it gets this warm. Especially late in the evening. Lets not get pinned for speeding through there on the way home--or for worse. I got a speeding ticket in troutdale over the weekend for just doing 78 on the HWY. It sucked.

As for getting there, that is a completely different story and I understand.

Only idiots speed on the way home. I always cruise home cause I don't want to risk spilling my beer.

I thought michael moore reported there were like only a half dozen oregon state troopers in farenheit 911. I think they were all on 84 last weekend.

FYI get a parking pass for SI. The sherriff said they are cracking down this year. Some people have already got the $75 ticket.

Especially since the po-po uses the no parking pass as a way to pull you over while your driving away and give you a DUI or no seat belt ticket, etc.
