OK, I can jump strapless and balance my board. I'm trying to touch and or grab my board when I jump. What is the trick to grabbing the board?

What I do is move my back foot to the kick pad, look small steep chop, round a bit up wind and slow down when you hit it. Then push hard on the back leg and bend your front leg and your board should pop up so you can grab it.

uh - how flexible are you? can you reach down and grab your big toe without bending your knees?
doing a grab, with either hand on either rail requires core strength and flexibility.
can you do a rail grab when you jump with straps?

You do not need extreme dexterity.
I have barely any...bend your front foot, and stretch your back foot.

There are different ways of putting the board into the wind. If you are trying to do strapless rotations no grab then it will be harder to access the rail..me thinks.
