I suppose maybe Jones; yesterday it didn't clear up until about now and it was a beautiful day until after 6 when the wind started shutting off. Rooster Rock was named something entirely different when Lewis and Clark rolled through. Someone later decided to censure the name. You might wonder why the rock was named after a rooster when it clearly resembles something other than a rooster.
