Wed Apr 21, 10 8:22 am    reality vs. forecast |

Below, it shows the wind forecast today at 14knots for rufus and above it shows it blowing 30 knots etc. How and where can you find an accurate forecast. This site is not even close to what it currently blowing. When I look at most of the forecasts on this site they show the max winds this week at 12-14 knots in most of the gorge and that does not sound like what most people are forecasting. I am stumped as to how far a forecast can be to reality. This favorite might get erased if I can find a reliable source.

I should make note that this forecast if from windfinder.com

even Temira gets it wrong some of the time. I think reading the pressure gradients for the gorge is tricky at best. It seems like there is a lot of variables to get an accurate forecast. The storm systems change every hour _________________ I stretch my wings and pull the strings |
