It sure looks like a rotor from hell. Sauvie is 10N Scappoose 5S and the gradient from Kelso to PDX is zero. Is this POS gonna blow? I need an after work sesh!

There were a lot of little cummies popping off out there earlier. They might have been messing with direction short term at random sensors. It's almost completely clear now and the prevailing flow is N.
Portland-Salem gradients are fat.
These are good actuals for this early in the day:
Sauvie Island DEQ 10NNW 13:00
Scappoose 9NNW 12:53
Fremont Bridge 8g10N 13:12
Usually it doesn't come up until 4-6pm.
