| is siletz any good when the wind comes out of the northwest? heading to the coast but girlfriend isnt comfortable in waves yet. |

| nw is actually really good with the right tide... you can wander way back in up river and check things out! |

| Medium to High Tide is ideal cause that way the current is opposite of the wind direction. Have fun! Oh and watch out for the logs! |
