Any of ya'll that are going to hit the features need to have a completed waiver. You can fill it out but don't sign it until you get down here and get in front of a representative of The Slider Project.

you may want to include language about the "cable" or "winch"
might want to call it out in paragraph -you're responsible to keep your fingers and hippy hair out of the spinning wheel of death _________________ Go Deep!

| Typically for insurance reasons spectators as well as any staff members voluntary or not need to sign a liability waiver. I personally have everyone sign them (spectator not so much if they are sitting on grassy areas outside of the reach of people and there are a couple hundred of them). However, this is on the sandbar and when you have a permit from the Port, you are leasing/renting the land, and you are taking all responsiblity for everyone who steps foot on that land. So, to decrease the liability and to ensure people are responsible, spectators should be signing the waiver before stepping foot down the sandbar hill. But that is just my two cents on that one. |
