So, here's an update for your strapless fans out there in NW land.

I'm able to tack quicker than I can jibe, so I do it all the time. As result my Jibe's a bit rusty.

I've found that I have to power up and then as if jumping I bring the kite from low to high to take my weight off the board.

If I do this right and I feel it lifting I quickly turn the nose of my sst 6-2 into the wind. I walk my feet to the nose and drive the board nose towards my butt.

As the board comes around I place my left foot on the board and power up.

The trick is to keep my body out of the water. I do this about 1/20 times.

I'm making it.
