Tried putting the GoPro camera on my kite today. The view is wild looking.

Very nice. It's too bad you were flying on such long lines, can't really see you b/c you're so far away. A 7m day on 22 or 20 meter lines would have been perfect!

Maybe we can ask Morris when he's in town for teh low-down on how to attach to your lines... looks like the cam could be a touch higher...

or, some techy on here can enlighten me.. Cool

I'm guessing that Mauricio is using a 5-line kite and he's lashed it to the depower line. I'd guess that you can do something like this with a simple 2-knot system above and below the camera mounting on the depower line and run some light string to each of the steering lines just to keep the camera from rotating on the axis of the depower line. I did a Google search but did not find anything too helpful.

Hey Man I have also enjoyed your videos of powder day runs at hood...

/thread jack/

I understand for the dirt biking you put the wrist strap through your chest plate

for the Road ride on the Bandit - you did not use the gopro? do you think there would be a good way to use the Gopro for a street ride ?

/ Thread Jack off/

I figured from Kodiak's Ducati post, there was enough cross over with two wheels to bring it up.

so far most of my gopro videos look like Phil's Parody "I'm the BOSS!!"

When I am taking video of road rides, I have the camera mounted to the bar
