| PDX, get Hamlin to pay your ticket and buy you some spray. That dude swims every time he goes out. |

| Well I can't really say it was a full on rescue because I didn't drag him back to the beach. I wanted to but there is a serious wind hole near that log. Yes he swims almost eVery time he goes kiting. You would think it would sink in that maybe, just maybe , foils are not that good on the water. |

I heard that photo-radar thing was unenforcible and that therefore you should ignore the photo-tickets (i'm pretty sure I heard this from a lawyer who practices in PDX). Any PDX lawyer types out there that can verify this? _________________ Does this cover my thunder? |

| Thats true, for photo radar you havent been "officially served" I ignored my first two I got when they first starting doing it about five years ago. Then my wife got one and the state sent her a letter telling her that if she didnt pay it they would "illegally" suspend her license. So we payed it. |

Saw the blinding light coming from sun in my face (sort of) to shade, then flash. Total set up in that sh**hole area, straight away......
The session at Sauvies was well worth it though!!!! She put out! _________________ Lance
