Any word on what vendors will be there for demo's ?

Hey for the record its "CGKA Demo Day" not nwkite, though I do appreciate the plug! Very Happy

Garret is organizing again I believe and should have details, he's a busy guy but he'll probably see the thread and post something soon.

The date is June 20th, note that you can find out dates on stuff on our calendar linked at the top of every page ("Events")

The notice has been sent out to all the vendors that we have current contact information for.
The usual suspects should be in attendance, as listed by Chooch, but the list might be a bit shorter as this year we will be requiring liability insurance certificates from any brands in attendance.

Just as a teaser, we do have other events planned for the days preceding and during the Demo, but are still working on our own event liability insurance. The LF Team (Davey, oe, Goose and Slezak), Ruben, Aaron, Dre, and others all plan to be in attendance.
As a follow up to the Triple S event in Hatteras, we have invited some of the best kiterboarders in the world to come join the Slider Project, 2nd Wind Sports, and IPS Skate shop to come and play in the Hood.

Thurs 6/18- Street Skate Competition at IPS Skate Shop Parking lot

Fri Afternoon 6/19- Gorge Freeride Event at the Spit with many very large slider objects (Forrest will likely kill me for posting this)

Fri Evening 6/19- SandBar SLIDER JAM - Party and Rail Slide - 2nd Wind and IPS will be trucking in snow to host a snow rail jam at the Sandbar, as well as trying to get a skate ramp set up too. Live DJ for music, sponsor tents, Grinch Winch, etc.....

Sat 6/20 (w/Sun Backup) - CGKA Kite Demo - All Day demo with BBQ hosted by CGKA

Sat Night 6/20 - 2nd Wind/Slider Project Movie Premiere Party - W/Host BEN WILSON in attendance for the World Premiere of his new movie "COMING TOGETHER", Live Music and Special Drink night from sponsor MONSTER . Sponsored by SLINGSHOT , GENADE, DC SHOES and MONSTER ENERGY DRINK

We're still stuck in Insurance and Permit mojo land, so keep your fingers crossed that we get this all pulled off. Shouldn't be a big deal, but I couldn't help but let the cat out of the bag a little early.
More info to be posted once all insurance and permits are in place.
