Hey Matty,

Ready for my first kite weekend down here in Gold Beach. Looks like sunshine and some wind in the forecast! Gonna try Pistol River on friday, then check out Floras on saturday and maybe sunday. I'll have to look you up to demo those new kites and boards!

yo Matt! nice work throwing down at the Round-UP, thanks for pushing the bar higher and higher on the h2o, and still helping out a ton back on la playa. we're stoked to have you on the A (boards) team.

i'll be headed your way around mid june with a full quiv of the fresh 09 A BOARDS, lets do a weekend at Floras around then too, if your gonna be there.

i've been putting the X 137x42 through the paces these past few weeks, its sick. - more my style than the Z with more rocker and profile curves for snappier turning and load and pop. The slightly flatter, more square profile Z is a killer freeride/freestyle compromise that i know a lot of hard riders and cruisers will both dig, with better upwind and straightline speed handling but same badass core construction and feel as the X.

Floras Lake was pretty Light winds this weekend. It was good to connect with old friends and make new ones. Demo's we're minimal so not a whole lot of feedback on the new gear. If anyone is interested in getting a demo on The Eclipse kites or the new A-boards just give me a shout out.
