Not looking to exclude my windsurfing brothers and sisters in any way whatsoever, but I am looking for a more logical balance based upon numbers doing each activity, and the seasonal high water in the spring (April- early June) that makes launching difficult from the submerged bar, while the lawn goes mostly unused on weekdays in the late spring.
