I just saw this slideshow about Norwegian a ski lift..planned to be finished next winter...it goes inside the mountain.

First there is a .5 mile train ride into the center of the mountain, then the upward ride on a cable cart..finished with a short hike out onto the mountain in the picture...
I thought you guys might actually appreciate it.

| I've never seen the cable car ride out but the train portion is know as a funicular. They are actually pretty common in Europe. Leave it to the Norgies to take it to another level when it comes to snow sports. |

the swiss built a train up to the Jungfraujoch back in 1893. it runs 9k through rock to 3471 meters.
pretty trippy to check out!

I thought you guys might actually appreciate it. that is some wild sh#t,where is that spot close to mt.baker? do they serve rice & beans? is thier a taco bell close by? ha ha ! seriuos that is crazy!!!

Yeah dude that's from Mt. Baker, WA where they write their websites in Norwegian. It's super "in" right now. Totally legit.
