nice helmet cam action! It looks like you have the rev direct drive bar on a waroo? I just bought some direct drive bars for my waroo's and eagerly await their arrival. Did you need to make any custom pigtails for the center line connection? What knots did you use for the outer lines?

I have an extra direct drive bar for sale on nwkite, if you are looking for a good deal.
http://www.nwkite.com/forums/t-12481.html&highlight=

I did put pigtails on my lines, because I like the pigtails to wear out instead of my line ends.

The waroo flies fine with the Slingshot bar. I tie off to different knots on the Waroo kite when I switched to the Slingshot bar. There is a small adjustment to make, but ideally you have a friend pop up your kite, you take a run out and back, while he waits, then put the kite down and adjust it.

Once I figured out the best spot, I put a mark on the knots, so I don't forget which ones I tie off to.

Since my pigtails on the inside are slightly different lengths than the outside, I don't think my outside line hook-up would be helpful.

Good luck, and I like the Slingshot bar way better than the Waroo.

fyi i bought a new 2008 rev bar for $199 and a 2009 bar for $250 from real. So I would check that place out for a good deal. I compared the rev bar with my 07 waroo bar and determined they are equivalent in terms of line length for max sheet in position. So I think I will try the second knot on the rear lines and remove all the pigtails.

Thanks for the heads up on the price. I only checked the Slingshot website for a price and then I halved it. I'll drop it some more.
