I'm going to get there about 12:30, planning on launching at the West end by the tripod. (Wind permitting.) The Skamania sensor looks pretty good, pretty steady 20 -22 with occasional lulls to 16. Forecast is for it to build throughout the afternoon....

Onsite report: Wow. Very Happy Best day in the Gorge since last fall. Steady winds, sunny, warm. About a dozen riders out. 11m all day. Very Happy

I agree, great day. Launched by the tripod, and rode upwind for a nice session. When I got back my spare board and kite bag (and car key) were gone. Luckily my car was still there. Just a reminder to keep an eye on your stuff out there. Also a reminder to write your name on your gear - got a call later from someone who had my stuff. He saw my stuff on the beach and no one around so it was forgotten. Big relief, it was my wife's favorite board.

Oh Man, so glad you got your stuff back, but what a hassle!

Another good idea is to wirte "please leave on beach" on your pump or something....
