THE BKB Daylight Savings and Community Center Grand Opening Party!
Saturday the 21st kicks off the celebration for extra light at the new Locust Community Center. Thanks to all who have helped and donated their time, stuff, and funds to make this Community Center a Reality! We can't wait to have Kiters from all over the Pacific Northwest Converge to Kite and hang out out the new place.
In case you haven't heard, The Locust Community Center will serve as a gathering place for all local kiters when using Locust Beach. There is parking available to get cars off the street and a cool place to work on your gear, warm up, or throw in the latest dvd to try a new trick before heading out. There is free Wireless Internet as well, so you can work remotely!!
We've installed a gas fireplace that keeps the place nice and toasty as well as the kegarator to help the post session soreness (must be 21). If you would like to bring something to share for food feel free!
